Appointment Cancellation Policy at MES Clinic

1. Cancellation Deadline
   Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Ways to Cancel an Appointment
   You can cancel your appointment through:

   • Social media messages:

     • Instagram: mes.clinic

     • Facebook: MES Clinic

3. No-show Fee
   If the appointment is not canceled within the required time frame (at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment), the client will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

4. Acceptance of the Policy
   Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of the above conditions.
